I just finished with this text in the 16 week on-campus course "Critical Thinking Moore 10th Edition" and I was rewarded nicely with a thorough understanding the topic. My professor was an enthusiastic and old English and Philosophy major who was able to translate any confusing topics or ideas from the text into real life example and language.
I would say the text played a 40% role in my learning experience in the course. I would not recommend taking a Critical Thinking course online but would certainly recommend this text for a traditional on-campus course where you would have an actual professor and live classmates in the actual classroom with you while the more challenging topics and difficult ideas are being explained and discussed.
